WHAT ARE YOUR MEANS OF PAYMENT?

MY ARTICLE IS NOT ALWAYS ARRIVED, IS THIS NORMAL?


As stated in the product description, delivery takes 12 to 28 days in most cases.
If it's been more than 4 weeks, just be patient, your article is on the road.

If your product is still not there after 6 weeks MAXIMUM, we will refund 100%. It only happens in a very exceptional way.

 

WHY DELIVERY IS SO LONG?


MEEDIL partners with merchants, manufacturers and craftspeople from around the world to offer incredible prices.

This means that your order is shipped from several areas in the world, South America, China, India, .. Despite this, we want to be able to offer free shipping without our prices are impacted.

This allows us to offer you items at very competitive prices and service in English and in French.


I WISH TO CANCEL MY ORDER, IS IT POSSIBLE?

Yes, you have 48 hours from the moment your order has been made.

IT LACKS ARTICLES TO MY ORDER, WHERE ARE THEY?
 
We have several suppliers, when you place your order, each supplier is responsible for sending his product. It is possible that you receive several packages even if you have only one order.

If you order 5 different items, you can receive 5 different packages that will arrive at different times (some faster, others slower).

By cons if you order 3 times the same product they will all be in the same package.



DO YOU SHIP ABROAD?

Absolutely, we can send you your orders worldwide. However, free shipping is only valid for USA, CANADA and FRANCE. If you want us to ship your purchase outside, send us an e-mail and we will inform you of any additional costs.

CHANGES, RETURN AND REFUNDS
Change (before reception)

- I changed my mind on my article, what to do?

If you have changed your mind about your order, send us an email indicating the item to change and we will do the necessary. Please note that any order changes must be made within 2 hours of the original purchase, you will have no additional charges.

- Can I change my article after receiving confirmation by email?

Unfortunately no. All items that have left our warehouse are final and can not be changed, it will be a product return.

- And if my product is defective?

In case of defective product, you have the possibility to receive the same product or to simply make you refund after the return of the defective one. The client is king.

- I do not like my article, can I send it back?

Returns are accepted (**) only if they do not exceed 10 days after receipt of the package. However to guarantee a refund, all products returned must be in perfect condition. Return costs are your responsibility. Proof of postage must then be communicated to us by email as proof of delivery.

** Promotional items are not eligible for returns.

- Can I return the item and exchange it?

Provided that the returned item is in perfect condition, exchanges are possible. Send us an email and we'll take care of the rest. The cost of the return is yours, however the expenses of the new sending will not be charged to you.

- How long do the repayments take?

Refunds can take up to 30 business days, depending on the payment system chosen during the purchase.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

-What is your refund policy ?

All purchased items may be refunded, subject to management approval and approval, subject to the following conditions:
